What cleaner works great on a white metal bathtub?
I have to clean my tub everyday and it is stained and dull. My husband works in an rock mine, and comes home filthy. The dirt is so fine I can’t get rid of it and it has turned the tub a light light brown. I have used AJax, soft scrub with bleach.., We live in an appartment so I can’t put a new tub in, and the mine does not provide showers for the men. Do I just have to live with a dingy tub?
Try CLR is Calcium, Lime and Rust remover. The rocks probably have some of these in them. Wear Gloves!!!
You won’t have to use it every day though, it works well. For every day I would go with a cleanser called Zud, it has some of the same qualities as CLR, but not as harsh on you.
